Shipping & Returns

Shipping

There are two options for delivery of goods –

Collect in store
An email will be sent confirming your order is ready for collection. When collecting your order please bring a copy of the email advising order is ready, together with the confirmation payment slip.

Delivery
Deliveries are despatched either via Australia Post - registered mail – or in the case of items too large to send in this way – we will use a courier/freight company. ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

**Please note – we are currently only shipping within Australia
**Please note – this product may take 10-14 business days until delivery occurs.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If goods are unable to be delivered due to incorrect information an additional charge will apply for redirection.

Returns and Exchanges

If a product is faulty or damaged please contact Trading on Broadway within 48hrs of receipt for preauthorisation of return of goods. Pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued for the full value of the item.

**We do not accept returns based on change of mind

If goods are returned please make sure the original packing is used. Refunds, replacements etc will only be made if goods are returned in the original packaging.

**Freight costs are non refundable unless merchandise is damaged or faulty.

Out of Stock
If an order cannot be fulfilled, Trading on Broadway will notify the purchaser as to future availability of the item, or offer an alternative. If neither option is suitable a full refund will be issued.
